Jonathan Baker has a wealth of work experience in the sales and customer service fields. Jonathan began their career in 2010 as a Customer Service Representative for Payoneer, where they gained technical and financial knowledge about the prepaid card industry, transaction management, and E-commerce. Jonathan was then promoted to Customer Service Team Leader, where they provided support and management for 15-25 support reps per shift, and gained experience in crisis management. In 2014, Jonathan joined Express Target Market as a Senior Sales Agent, where they maintained consistency in sales to reach personal targets, cold called potential clients, and closed sales for colleges alongside mentoring new reps and providing guidance. Jonathan was then promoted to Sales Manager, where they trained the sales team with one on one and weekly team meetings and provided strong leadership and maintained approachability.
