Michelle Neale has a long and varied work experience. Michelle began their career in 2000 as the Director of Wholesale Sales for GTA, where they were responsible for the development and expansion of the sales team and increasing market share for GTA in the wholesale travel sector. Michelle also negotiated agreements with tech houses for B2B clients to develop to GTA's XML interface, and managed clients' successful development and implementation of the interface to GTA's inventory on their websites, resulting in a 30-50% increase in sales. In 2012, they became the Vice President of Operations for AmericanTours International, LLC, where they were accountable for the full range of Operations functions, including a 24/7 Customer Service contact center, room reservations and usage analysis, crisis management and response, budgets and payroll. In 2018, Michelle joined Aclate as a Customer Expert, where they excelled in multiple roles, including Account Management, Customer Intelligence, and Financial Diligence and Forecasting. In 2021, they became the Customer Education Manager for MyVR, where they conducted a complete audit of the Help Center and created a plan to update and improve content based on data analysis, key metrics, and customer feedback. Michelle then joined the existing Knowledge Team in Guesty, where they conducted a comparison analysis between MyVR and Guesty products, developed scripts for transitioning customer training videos, and wrote and edited Help Center and Internal Knowledge Base articles. Additionally, since 2016, Michelle has been self-employed as a Freelance Writer and Consultant, writing original pieces for national publications such as Romper.com, Redbook.com, Togo RV, and ROVA magazine.

Michelle Neale holds a Bachelor of Arts in French from New York University. Additionally, they obtained a Six Sigma Foundations certification from LinkedIn in February 2018.
