Tal Gispan

Tal Gispan has worked in various roles since 2003. Tal started at Internet Global (Metacafe) as a Developer and Technical Project Manager, where they were relocated to Sau Paulo, Brazil for two years and trained and managed 15 technicians. In 2008, they moved to BeeTV as a Technical Project Manager, where they managed costumer projects, exhibited BeeTV products at IBC shows, and built Quality Assurance methods, workflows, and tests from scratch. In 2011, Gispan founded Funtalk App, where they held a role in product management. From 2013 to 2016, Gispan worked at AppCoin as the VP of Quality and Processes, where they established the QA department from the ground up and introduced and trained automatic testing of Big Data integration. Since 2016, Gispan has been at BioCatch, where they have held the roles of R&D Group Manager, where they managed two teams of 10 engineers, and Director of Processes (Program) and QA. Since 2019, Gispan has been at Guesty, where they have held the roles of R&D Director, Group Manager, and Full Stack Team Leader.
