Ryan Spence is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in systems administration and support. Currently serving as a Systems Administrator II at Guide Star since January 2023, Ryan previously spent nearly nine years at CCI Systems, where various roles included Systems Administrator I, Desktop Administrator, Lead IT Support Technician, Help Desk Manager, and Help Desk Technician. Responsibilities encompassed Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for managed IT systems, VMware support, firewall management, server administration, and overseeing security measures and patch management. Previously, Ryan worked as a Service Technician for The Office Planning Group and a Technician for A-1 Communications Solutions, focusing on office equipment repairs and telecommunications. Ryan began military service in the Army National Guard, where the rank of Sergeant was attained while performing Military Police Combat Support and Law and Order operations. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Bay De Noc Community College and attendance at Northern Michigan University.
