Cathy Fromet

Cathy Fromet serves as President of Guide Studio, Inc. since November 2004, where the company focuses on developing branding, wayfinding, and communication tools to enhance community pride and investment. From January 2014 to July 2016, Cathy held roles including Principal, Director of Strategy, and Strategy Consultant at PlaceHolder, LLC, focusing on design strategies that improve visitor experiences and economic vitality. Previously, Cathy worked as an Environmental Graphic Designer at DHPY Architects (2001-2004), contributing to notable projects such as signage and wayfinding for Cleveland Browns Stadium. Early career experience includes freelance design at kcf design and as an Environmental Graphic Designer/Project Manager at Kapp & Associates, where significant projects included programs for The Ohio State Stadium and City Club of Cleveland. Cathy began a career in graphic design as a Graphic Design Intern at Unigraphics—BGSU. Cathy earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Bowling Green State University from 1994 to 1997 and graduated from Elyria High School in 1992.
