Dr. Meria Ronge is currently the Teamcoach for Customer Service at GuideCom AG, where responsibilities include implementing innovative technologies, strategic development of customized tools, process optimization, and leadership within the Customer Service Team. Prior experience includes roles as a Strategic Consultant & Marketing Expert at Camptools GmbH, and various positions at RWTH Aachen University, including Postdoctoral Research Associate, Research Fellow, and several research assistantships focused on innovation management, process optimization, and molecular modeling. Dr. Ronge holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from RWTH Aachen University, along with additional degrees in Chemical Engineering and Norwegian Language and Literature from the University of Stavanger.
