Thorsten Becker

Thorsten Becker currently serves as Finance / BI Lead at GuideCom AG since February 2021, overseeing all financial matters, managing growth-related developments, implementing ERP and BI systems, and coordinating with auditors and financial institutions. Previously, Thorsten held the position of Managing Director at Kynetec, where responsibilities included integrating the Kleffmann Group into a unified organization, and served as Chief Financial Officer at Kleffmann Group, where the successful acquisition and restructuring processes were managed. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at ARDEX Group, focusing on data analytics and corporate controlling, as well as positions in investment and production controlling at technotrans SE. Thorsten's academic background includes a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Münster and a banking degree from Sparkasse Münsterland-Ost, complemented by earlier education at Immanuel Kant Gymnasium.
