Shaun Wright

Shaun Wright is a seasoned professional in customer success and admissions operations with extensive experience in managing onboarding processes and recruitment strategies. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at GUIDEcx since June 2024, Shaun previously held the same role at Clientbook, where responsibilities included onboarding multiple retailers and enhancing business outcomes. With a strong background in higher education, Shaun worked at Southern Utah University from October 2014 to April 2022, where roles included Assistant Director Of Admissions Operations, Director of Presidential Ambassadors, and Assistant Director of Admissions and Recruitment, overseeing recruitment initiatives and student engagement. Shaun holds a Master of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Southern Utah University, along with an Associate of Science from Snow College.
