With a robust background in creative innovation, Stapleton previously held the position of Head of Creative Innovation at Trade School from January 2022 to September 2024, and served as EVP, Head of Creative there from June 2020 to October 2021. Prior experience includes significant roles at 22squared as EVP, Director of Innovation & Design and EVP, Chief Creative Officer from 2008 to February 2020, where Stapleton contributed to re-positioning and branding efforts. Earlier career highlights comprise positions at WestWayne, Fahlgren, Henderson Advertising, Stoner Bunting Advertising, and Red Rose Graphics, showcasing a diverse skill set in art direction and design with reputable clients. Stapleton earned an Associate's degree in Graphic Design from The Art Institutes in 1991.
