Cici Collins is currently the Head of China Market Development at Guided e-Learning, where they focus on empowering Chinese IELTS test-takers by collaborating with language schools and educational institutions. With a decade of experience in global markets and cultural dynamics, Cici previously worked as a Business Development Manager in West Africa and an international marketing manager in Libya, successfully securing contracts and expanding sales operations. Their background in SaaS tax technology at Avalara involved managing VAT compliance and client support. Cici has also gained valuable experience in fraud prevention and customer service at PANSERVE LIMITED. They are furthering their education in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law at Peking University while also pursuing a foundation degree in Taxation from the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
