At Guided Solutions, I provide Christian couples counseling with a strong focus on communication, trust, and emotional connection. I believe most relationship challenges are not about lack of love, but about patterns of miscommunication that leave both partners feeling unheard, misunderstood, and alone. My role is to help you break those patterns and learn how to truly listen, respond, and repair.

As an ADHD-informed therapist, I bring a unique lens to my work with both individuals and couples. ADHD can impact communication, emotional regulation, follow-through, and connection in ways that are often misunderstood or mislabeled as lack of effort or care. I help couples understand what is really happening beneath the surface so they can move from frustration and blame to clarity and teamwork.

My approach is structured, direct, and grounded in the Gottman Method, combined with Christian values that honor commitment, growth, and restoration. I do not take sides, and I do not allow conversations to stay stuck in cycles of conflict. Instead, I guide couples toward practical tools that create real change—learning how to express needs clearly, manage conflict with respect, and rebuild trust over time.

For women navigating ADHD, I also offer support in areas such as overwhelm, emotional regulation, and self-worth. Whether you are coming individually or as a couple, the goal is the same: to help you feel understood, equipped, and capable of building stronger, healthier relationships.

You do not have to keep having the same conversations that go nowhere. Change is possible when you learn how to communicate in a way that actually works.
