Troy Sultan

Troy Sultan's work experience begins with their role as the Co-founder and CEO of Guide, a Candidate Experience Platform that helps organizations improve their candidate experience and attract more hires. Prior to Guide, they were the Co-founder and CEO of Resource, an all-in-one candidate sourcing and CRM platform that was acquired by Gem.com. Before that, Troy worked at Google in People Operations and Technical Staffing. Troy also held positions at Grooveshark as the Head of Talent and Founding Recruiter. Additionally, Troy was the Co-founder and CEO of Wordio, a platform that transformed written content on the web into audio.

Troy Sultan obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing with a minor in Computer Science from the Florida State University - College of Business. Troy attended the university from 2007 to 2011.
