Aditya Ranade

Aditya Ranade is a global energy and climate professional with a strong background in materials science. They founded Two Degrees Adapt, focusing on climate resilience technologies, and served as a Deputy Commissioner for the Energy Resources Division of the Minnesota Department of Commerce, where they led significant climate initiatives. Currently, Aditya holds the position of Director for Communities, Energy, and Infrastructure at Guidehouse and advises Grid Catalyst. They have also taught as an adjunct professor at the University of St. Thomas and have worked with various organizations to advance clean energy solutions and technologies. Aditya's educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Macromolecular Science and an MBA in Global Management.
