Allison Carter

Allison Carter, PMP, CCMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational management and consulting. Currently serving as a Partner in the Defense & Security team at Guidehouse since July 2018, Allison contributes to solving complex societal challenges. Previous roles include Director at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and Director at PwC, where responsibilities encompassed business development and program management for Federal clients. Allison also has a rich background in project management and organizational transformation, with earlier positions at Booz Allen Hamilton, BearingPoint, and the U.S. House of Representatives.
