Ashley Hails, MSW, CCMP, PMP, is a Senior Change Management Consultant at Guidehouse, where they focus on enhancing organizational effectiveness within state and local government advisory. Ashley earned their Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan and has held various impactful roles, including Program Fellow at Samvid Ventures and Venture for America Fellow at Workit Health.
