Brent Phillips is a Human Capital Strategist and Talent Acquisition Specialist currently serving as an Associate Director at Guidehouse. With over two decades of experience in various leadership roles within the U.S. Navy and the private sector, Brent has a proven track record in organizational leadership, talent acquisition, and brand management. Previously, as a Specialist Master at Deloitte, they focused on Human Capital and HR Transformation, and Brent held significant positions at Navy Recruiting Command, leading marketing efforts that resulted in substantial employee acquisition. Educated at the United States Naval Postgraduate School with a Master's in Leadership and Human Resource Development, Brent is committed to fostering diverse, inclusive teams and developing future leaders.
