Caitlin McDonnell

Caitlin McDonnell is the Associate Director at Guidehouse, where they conduct process evaluations for energy efficiency programs and lead a survey programming team. Previously, they worked as a Geophysicist at Schlumberger, excelling in seismic data analysis and modeling. Caitlin has also served as a Senior Consultant in the Clean Energy Program and has experience as an Assistant Rowing Coach at Franklin & Marshall College. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Geological and Earth Sciences from Cornell University and a Master of Behavioral and Decision Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania.
