Cathy Gurson

Cathy Gurson is a Managing Consultant at Guidehouse, where they have worked since 2019. They previously held positions such as Administrator at The Medical Team from 2015 to 2019 and Clinical Services Manager at UnitedHealth Group: Optum Palliative and Hospice from 2014 to 2015. With a foundation in nursing as an RN at Inova Health System from 2007 to 2011, Cathy has also worked as a Benefits Specialist at Accenture and HRS/Towers Perrin. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at George Mason University, an MBA at The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, and a Bachelor of Arts at The College of William and Mary. Cathy was recognized among the "40 under 40 Business and Community Leaders" in Loudoun County in 2017 and was awarded "Administrator of the Year" by the Virginia Association of Home Care and Hospice in 2016-2017.
