Charles Ampong

Charles Ampong, CEM, is an Associate Director in the Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure group at Guidehouse, where they have worked since the acquisition of Navigant in 2019. With over 12 years of experience in energy efficiency program evaluation and demand side management, their expertise includes impact engineering analysis, statistical sample design, and data analytics. Prior to joining Guidehouse, Charles served as a Projects Officer at KITE in Ghana, leading various renewable energy initiatives and supervising significant start-up financing for sustainable energy enterprises. Charles holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Renewable and Clean Energy Engineering from the University of Dayton and a Master’s in Air Quality Control from the University of Stuttgart.
