Chris Bailey

Chris Bailey is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in healthcare consulting and strategic development. Currently serving as a Partner and Market and Portfolio Leader at Guidehouse since March 2025, Chris focuses on expanding the firm's presence in the Provider market through expertise in Healthcare Information Technology and Performance Improvement. Prior to Guidehouse, Chris held the position of Partner in Healthcare Consulting at IBM, leading portfolio growth and commercial activities within the healthcare provider segment from July 2022 to March 2025. At AMN Healthcare, Chris served as SVP Sales, Head of Client Partnerships and Engagement, where leadership in sales and account management was pivotal for revenue growth. Previous roles include Vice President of System Strategy at Indiana University Health and Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Premier Inc. Chris holds an MBA in Finance from Butler University and a BS in Economics from Purdue University.
