Christine Binnicker

Christine Binnicker is a technology leader with over 25 years of experience in aiding customers with innovation and transformation to achieve positive business outcomes. They served as Deputy Chief Information Officer for the City and County of Denver from 2000 to 2022, where they were responsible for operations and the execution of the strategic plan for the Technology Services department. Prior to that, Christine managed systems and controls at Paper Warehouse, Inc., and worked as a Technical Instructor at Cambridge College. Currently, Christine is the Director of State and Local Government Technology at Guidehouse. They earned a BA in General Business Management from the University of St. Thomas.
