Collin Lopes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently, Collin serves as the West Market Lead Partner and West Region State and Local Government Practice Leader at Guidehouse. Previously, Collin held the position of Chief Operations Officer at KAI Partners, Inc. and was the Director for Health and Human Services at KPMG, overseeing the West Region. Other notable roles include PLM Project Manager and Business Analyst at Volcano Corporation, as well as Project Manager for Accountable Care Organizations at Blue Shield of California. Collin holds an MBA in Business Administration from California State University-Sacramento and a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
