David Chen

David Chen, CGFM, possesses extensive experience in accounting and auditing, with a strong focus on government and defense sectors. At EY from June 2019 to March 2022, David served as Lead Senior Auditor for the Defense Logistics Agency, specializing in financial reporting and property management. Prior to EY, David held the position of Senior Accountant at Raffa, PC from August 2013 to July 2016, and worked as an Audit Associate and later as Audit Senior at CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) from July 2016 to November 2018, primarily in the public sector. Currently, as a Senior Consultant at Guidehouse since March 2022, David supports homeland security agencies by evaluating internal controls and analyzing risks associated with programs and projects. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business.
