David Foote is a seasoned strategy consultant and national security strategist with 20 years of experience in the US military and US Intelligence Community. They served as a strategic planner and interagency liaison officer in the US Navy and currently work as a Senior Consultant in Defense & Security at Guidehouse, having transitioned from a corporate fellowship with the firm. David holds a Master’s degree in Military Operational Art and Science from the USAF Air Command and Staff College, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Duke University.
