Eric Diters is an experienced professional specializing in organization development and project management. With a background that includes roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate, where Eric redesigned a client’s project approach, and at UNCF as an Organization Development Consultant, Eric has demonstrated expertise in enhancing communication and team dynamics.
