Erin Joyner is an experienced Learning and Development consultant with a diverse background in education and program management. As a Freelance Learning and Development Consultant since June 2023, Erin partners with organizations to enhance learning and development initiatives. Previous roles include Manager of Onboarding, Training, and Leadership Development at lululemon, and Senior Client Success Manager at Matter Product Studio, where Erin significantly improved client retention and satisfaction.
