Fouad Pervez, PhD, has extensive experience in quantitative analysis and policy evaluation, particularly in health policy and countering violent extremism. Key roles include serving as a Senior Quantitative and Policy Analyst at Foreign Policy, where management of the Covid-19 Global Response Index was achieved, and as a Senior Consultant at Guidehouse, supporting the Department of Homeland Security's prevention programs.
