Jay Perlman

Jay Perlman is a seasoned legal and regulatory compliance professional with nearly 30 years of experience in both government and private sectors. Currently serving as a Client Relationship Executive at Guidehouse, Jay develops and executes business development strategies within the Financial Services practice. Previously, as a Director at Navigant, Jay established collaborative relationships with multiple stakeholders to deliver comprehensive compliance solutions. Jay has held directorships at Daylight Forensic & Advisory, and roles as Counsel at O'Melveny and Myers, and Associate General Counsel at both Friedman Billings & Ramsey and The Motley Fool. Jay began a legal career as an Attorney with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. Academic credentials include a BS in Finance from Fordham University and a Juris Doctor from Albany Law School.
