Currently, as a Managing Consultant at Guidehouse, Jennifer advises public sector clients on enterprise-wide transformation, focusing on process design and staff training. Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
