John Dane Burrough is an experienced professional with a strong background in humanitarian research, education, and policy development. Burrough served as a Senior Research Assistant for the Refugees in Towns Project at The Fletcher School at Tufts University, collaborating on city-specific studies of refugee integration across multiple countries and organizing research conferences. Following this, Burrough held internships at InterAction and USAID, focusing on youth and food security initiatives. Previous teaching roles include a social studies teacher for grades 6-12 and a Language Assistant at a Jesuit school. Currently, Burrough is the Managing Editor and Senior Consultant at Guidehouse.
