Jonathan Baba

Jonathan Baba is a seasoned leader in the Department of Defense and defense industry, currently serving as a Partner in the Defense Practice at Guidehouse since October 2025. Prior to this role, Jonathan held the position of Senior Vice President at LMI from March 2023 to November 2025, and was a Principal at Deloitte for nearly two decades, from June 2004 to March 2023. Known for driving business and operating model redesign and improvements, Jonathan is recognized as an innovator and trusted transformer in the field. Jonathan holds a Master of Business Administration from Averett Online and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a focus on Chinese Studies from Syracuse University, earned between 1986 and 1990.
