Jonathan Starke

Jonathan Starke is a Program Manager with expertise in project management, change management, and operational optimization. With experience at notable institutions including Huron Consulting Group, Harvard University, and Columbia University, Jonathan has developed strategic recommendations and supported systems and operations for various organizations. Currently a Managing Consultant at Guidehouse, Jonathan leads a Change Management team and mentors junior staff while focusing on process improvements for federal agencies.
