Jonathan White

Jonathan White is a managing consultant at Guidehouse, bringing over a decade of expertise in change management and strategic facilitation. Previously, they served in multiple roles at USAID, including monitoring and evaluation specialist and development assistance specialist, leading teams on significant international programs. Jonathan has also contributed as a research and teaching assistant at The Fletcher School at Tufts University, and as a conflict management program intern at Mercy Corps. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Global Studies at California State University-Monterey Bay and a Master's degree in Law and Diplomacy at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. Fluent in Spanish, Jonathan's core competencies include global strategies, risk mitigation, and process improvement.
