Julia Drude

Julia Drude is a strategic leader with over 15 years of experience in global policy, advocacy, and sustainable development initiatives with organizations such as the White House, USAID, and the U.S. Department of State. Currently, they serve as the Lead for Defense & Security at Guidehouse while pursuing a Master's degree in International Peace & Conflict Resolution at American University. Previously, Julia held various roles at USAID, including Deputy Director and Africa Team Lead, and served as the Director for Global Development at the National Security Council. They are passionate about advancing inclusive strategies that foster resilience and systemic change at the intersection of development, security, and diplomacy.
