Kim Turner, Ed.D., currently serves as a Managing Consultant at Guidehouse since February 2023 and is the Founder/CEO of Key Dynamic Transformations Consulting, LLC, established in October 2020, which focuses on transforming organizational performance through equity and justice. Previously, Kim held significant leadership roles, including Associate Dean of Students and Director of the Office of Identity, Equity, and Engagement at UNC Charlotte from June 2014 to April 2022, and Director of the Multicultural Resource Center. Kim's earlier experience includes various positions at Loyola University Maryland and James Madison University, where responsibilities encompassed multicultural program development, staff supervision, and budget management. Kim holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Master’s in College Student Counseling from James Madison University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the same institution.
