Krystal Maxwell is a dedicated professional with over 10 years of experience in strategy consulting and project management, currently serving as the Research Director at Guidehouse. They focus on the energy transition and help organizations develop sustainability strategies while preparing for a climate-resilient future. Krystal has previously held roles at A Spice of Life, Navigant Research, and Navigant, where they honed their skills in business strategy, research, data analysis, and market forecasting. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Occidental College. Outside of work, Krystal enjoys spending time in nature in Colorado and exploring local breweries.
