Lauren Smith

Lauren Smith, MPS - HR Management, possesses extensive experience in human capital management and business process improvement across various sectors. Beginning as an intern at U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Lauren contributed to operational training reports and international conference materials. Subsequent roles at Verizon Wireless involved managing employee training and customer education. At Deloitte, Lauren served as a Specialist Master, advising clients in Government and Public Services, while current positions include Managing Consultant at Guidehouse, focusing on enterprise challenges, and Co-Chair of the DEIA Committee at the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
