Leila R. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate learning and development and instructional design. Currently serving as Associate Director of Corporate Learning & Development at Guidehouse since June 2020, Leila manages the instructional design team. Previous roles include Manager of Learning & Development at Marriott International, where Leila developed global online training for over 600,000 employees, and Training Specialist at AstraZeneca, focusing on scientific learning initiatives.
