Libby Peters

Libby Peters is an innovative government professional and dynamic, cross-functional team leader, currently serving as the Director of State and Local Government at Guidehouse. With a focus on driving transformation across government to better serve the public, they have held various leadership roles, including Chief of Staff in the City of Philadelphia and Executive Director at Philadelphia City Rowing. Libby’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in History from Columbia University and a Master's in Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania. They have also contributed as an Assistant Coach for women's rowing at both Columbia University and the University of Pennsylvania.
