Lincoln Puffer

Lincoln Puffer is a seasoned financial leader with over 20 years of experience in the U.S. Coast Guard, where they served in various operational and financial management roles. Currently the Associate Director for Defense and Security at Guidehouse, Lincoln has specialized in enhancing financial accuracy and transparency, leading a team responsible for the Coast Guard's financial policy and property management. They hold an MBA/MAcc from the College of William and Mary and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Florida. Lincoln's extensive background includes managing significant budgets, overseeing audit remediations, and conducting financial reporting for the Department of Homeland Security.
