Lori Carter

Lori Carter, CPP, serves as the Global Director of Payroll and Timekeeping in Finance at Guidehouse since June 2021. With an extensive background in payroll management, Lori has held various leadership positions, including Finance Director of Payroll Operations at Hanger, Inc. from July 2018 to June 2021 and Director of Payroll at CACI International Inc. from October 2008 to July 2018. Lori has also contributed to payroll education as a part-time instructor at George Mason University and Prince George's Community College, teaching courses on payroll fundamentals and mastery. Currently, Lori is involved with PayrollOrg as a National Speakers Bureau member, providing expertise through workshops and seminars on payroll topics.
