Madison Sweat

Madison Sweat, MPA, is a Consultant II at Guidehouse since October 2022, bringing a strong background in public sector advisory roles, having previously worked as a Public Sector Advisory Associate at Grant Thornton. Madison has extensive experience in community engagement and event planning, demonstrated through work at Northern Michigan University, where responsibilities included maintaining relationships with victim services agencies and organizing community events. Previous roles also include leading volunteer recruitment and increasing voter turnout during a campaign, managing social media for various organizations, and assisting in political outreach initiatives. Madison holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government, both from Northern Michigan University.
