Malte Gephart

Malte Gephart is a seasoned professional in energy, sustainability, and infrastructure, currently serving as a Director at Guidehouse since July 2020, following a tenure as Associate Director at Navigant from October 2018 to July 2020. Gephart has extensive experience in developing solutions for energy transition, policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, and project management across various projects, including corporate renewable energy sourcing and EU climate frameworks for clients such as the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy. Prior roles include Associate Director and Managing Consultant at Ecofys, contributing significantly to renewable energy technology policies and international energy cooperation initiatives. Gephart holds a PhD in International Relations from the German Institute for Global and Area Studies and has engaged in various consultative and research roles focused on governance and energy policies.
