Mark Korth serves as a Partner in the Healthcare practice at Guidehouse since July 2024, specializing in Mergers/Partnerships, Transformation Programs, Operating Models, Clinical Programs, System Governance, and Population Health. Previously, Mark held the position of President for the Peaks Region at Intermountain Healthcare from April 2022 to December 2023, where leadership resulted in significant financial improvements for a $3B region. Mark's career includes key roles as Chief Operating Officer at SCL Health, Senior Vice President Operations and Chief Transformation Officer at Dignity Health, and President at Mercy Medical Center Redding, among others. With expertise that spans operational leadership and transformation initiatives, Mark has consistently driven financial performance and quality improvements across various healthcare settings. Education includes a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Healthcare Administration, both from the UMN Carlson School of Management.
