Mark Tulip has extensive experience in the fields of consulting and non-profit governance. As a Member of the Board of Directors for The EVAN Foundation from October 2011 to June 2025, Tulip contributed to efforts dedicated to curing neuroblastoma, a rare pediatric cancer. Prior to this, Tulip held director positions at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP, specializing in accounting and advisory services, and at PwC, focusing on public sector healthcare consulting. Tulip's career also includes strategic roles at Guidehouse and Deloitte, where leadership in complex systems integration and the development of new service offerings were emphasized. Early career experience at IBM Global Services included managing large-scale projects and business development initiatives. Tulip holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and an MBA in Information Technology from the University of Maryland College Park.
