Michael Horoho is a seasoned Medicaid financial consultant and current Director at Guidehouse, where they provide specialized consulting services for Medicaid/CHIP federal reporting. With over 20 years of experience in the Medicaid finance and audit industry, Michael has expertly guided state health and human service finance agencies through complex federal guidance and audits. Prior to joining Guidehouse in 2018, Michael held senior leadership roles at Myers and Stauffer LC and Clifton Gunderson LLP, focusing on audits and consulting for state Medicaid agencies. Michael earned a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University Bloomington in 2003.
