Mitch Lindstrom

Mitch Lindstrom is an accomplished implementation scientist and expert facilitator who focuses on enhancing the capacity of public institutions to adapt. They have held various roles, including Executive Facilitator at CultureShoc, where they led team development sessions, and Manager and Senior Consultant at Guidehouse, where they directed strategy-to-execution initiatives for state agencies. Previously, Mitch conducted program evaluations and training needs assessments at MPHI and served as a Strategic Initiatives Analyst at the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services. Currently, as Associate Director at Guidehouse, they lead local consulting teams and serve on the Board of Directors for the Michigan Coalition Against Homelessness. Mitch is pursuing their education at Michigan State University.
