Mitchell Gioia

Mitchell Gioia has extensive experience in the fields of Banking, Insurance, and Capital Markets, having worked at Navigant and Guidehouse. Mitchell began as a Summer Associate in Valuation & Financial Risk Management at Navigant in June 2015, later progressing to Consultant and Senior Consultant roles within the same company. Following the acquisition of Navigant by Guidehouse in October 2019, Mitchell transitioned to Guidehouse, where responsibilities included serving as a Managing Consultant and ultimately as Associate Director until February 2025.
