Neil Curtis

Neil Curtis is an experienced professional in energy management and strategic planning, currently serving as a Director at Guidehouse since November 2019, after holding the position of Associate Director. Prior to Guidehouse, Neil Curtis worked at Navigant from March 2015 to November 2019 as an Associate Director and Managing Consultant. Neil Curtis also spent over a decade at Vermont Energy Investment Corporation, where responsibilities included developing long-term strategic plans and programs for energy efficiency in various sectors, including low income and multifamily markets. Earlier roles include housing rehabilitation specialist for the City of Burlington and positions at Infra Red Analyzers and Vermont Custom Heating. Neil Curtis holds a Professional Certificate in Leadership and Management from the University of Vermont and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Ithaca College.
