Nicholas Chubb has a diverse background in project management, consulting, and policy work. Beginning as an intern at Just Harvest in 2013, Nicholas gained early experience before transitioning to policy roles, including an internship with the City of Pittsburgh and positions at Apple and MITRE, where responsibilities expanded to include research and communication. Nicholas advanced to consulting roles at IBM as a Managing and Senior Strategy Consultant. Currently, Nicholas serves as an Agile IT Project Manager at Guidehouse, starting in September 2025. Academically, Nicholas holds a Master of Public Management from Carnegie Mellon University, as well as dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Sociology and Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh.
